I was thrilled when I found out this month’s challenger was a Montreal Food Blogger who is part of the Blogger Foodie Dinner group we now organize. Yay someone I actually know in person. The 2010 March Daring Baker’s challenge was hosted by Jennifer of Chocolate Shavings. She chose Orange Tian as the challenge [...] These two recipes were the ‘bonus’ recipes of this month’s Baker’s Challenge over at The Daring Kitchen…..the challenging being cannoli if you read my posts a bit below. Now I did not make these bonus recipes but totally thought they are worth sharing. I also do plan on making each soon. I think the [...] When I read the December’s Baker’s Challenge I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I LOVE cannoli. I don’t just like them, I LOVE them. I do not indulge in them too often because I would weigh 400 pounds otherwise. And this may sound silly but I never really buy them in [...] Finally, a Daring Cook’s Challenge which was a bit easier, well familiar. The November 2009 Daring Cooks’ Challenge was chosen by Audax of Audax Artifex and Rose of Bite Me Kitchen. They chose Sushi, specifically Dragon Rolls, Nigiri and Spiral Rolls. I spoke to a few fellow DK members and they all agree the last two months have been tough ones. I am really hoping the next one is easy…ouff. So this month we had to make Macarons.
