I recently came across Ning.com, a fabulous site that lets you manage a group so efficiently and is so pretty too. If you linked to the google [...] I have two fabulous care packages to share with you. We recently have gotten a lot of new members at the Foodie Exchange, mostly Europeans. These two exchanges are both from Europe: one in London and the other in a place just south of Florence. What is the Foodie Exchange? This is a group for foodies [...] This post is quite late in the making with the excitement of my trip to North Carolina and the inert state my mind has gone into since my return. But what a treat today to show you what I received from my latest Foodie Exchange with Kirstin from Paris. Not familiar [...] Yes Its time for another Foodie exchange show and tell. This time its from JC in Oklahoma City. Unfortunately one item did not arrive intact. This would be why the pic is so so. What was probably divine BBQ sauce was not a messy goo amongst broken glass. Even with a Bible quote printed on the [...] ****after I published this link like everywhere on earth a friend wrote saying:’ Is it not spelled whirlwind?” Duh, blind moment…yes I wrote it wrong.*** Wow, when they say everything happens at the same time….they mean it. And over a 3 day period – in a row! Even if you try to ignore me I’ll be plastered [...] Sorry for not posting a in a few days. I actually have a major one on standby but waiting for something else to happen (which it will today) to publish that one. So in the mean time I will satisfy a little curiosity I have had for a while. When Louise of Felice in the Kitchen [...] Another successful exchange arrived in the mail. This one is from Andrea of High/Low Food/Drink. Andrea is originally from Toronto but now resides in New York City. We decided to do the care package exchange after she signed up for the Foodie Exchange Group. Now I had fantasies of stree cart hotdogs and roasted nuts but [...] With the host site transfer I lost 1 post and this was it…so can’t remeber what I wrote…its a new one lol. A few month’s back I came across a segment on CTV news called Sunday Bite which ”explores the many ingredients of Montreal’s food scene”. There was an idea submission form. So I filled it out [...] This is turning into a really really fun idea. I am so happy we gave the Foodie Exhange program life. It is just so munch fun meeting fellow foodies from around the world and doing an exchang. In the group you get to introduce $10 worth of your local specialties and get the same in return. I received my 4th exchange [...] I just love how this idea has taken a life of its own! The Foodie Exchange Group (all foodies welcome to join) is in full swing and I have just received 2 new foodie car packages this week from fellow blogers.
