Great job! I’m glad you liked the taste (told you: “It’s easy to make a good macaron, it’s just hard to make a pretty one”). Still, they don’t even look that bad, they’re nice and shiny! Here’s hoping the next challenge will be easier…

Saffron pumpkin sounds wonderful! I struggled with mine as well but enjoyed eating them anyway. Good job.
