Just wanted to share a pic of a lovely meal I have last week-end. This is definitely something most people are afraid to eat because of the appearance. Well when cooked well, as it was here at Chez Doval, you don’t know what you are missing. A wonderful plate of octopus, cooked Portuguese style.
